My raspberries came up thick and healthy this year. Recently, I have canes where the leaves are turning yellow and dying off. The canes are turning a dark brown at the bottom, and a couple canes have tipped because the cane at the bottom is damaged. I suspect root rot.
What can I do? Is there a chemical treatment

What you have described suggests the plants may be affected by cane blight.
