It looks like it is some kind of brambles or other member of that family, but it is challenging to provide an ID given the angle of these photos.
It is NOT poison ivy (poison ivy does not have serrated leaves like this plant).
If you could take it out of the bag and provide images of the top and bottom laying on a flat surface that may get a better ID.
