white sacs at plant nodes? #879123

Master Gardener Intern asking what is this? I have been extracting squash borers successfully and they don't have these sacs. Is this a new phase of the same insect or is it something different? Thanks

These do not appear to be symptoms of a problem or associated with Squash Vine Borer, though we can't quite see enough clear detail. Are you able to take additional photos? Are they only associated with symptoms that cannot be attributed to borer activity?
