We have a new weed in our very weedy townhouse complex. It is not a vine nor is it aquatic. The leaf can get to be about 3 1/2 inches long and shaped like an arrow. What is it?

There are many plants that have an arrow leaf. I am unable to help you identify the plant. You might talk with your home owner's association to discuss the weed situation. Some HOAs have started installing pollinator plants and gardens to help pollinators.
If you have a smart phone, there are several different apps to assist in plant identification. Has the plant bloomed?
If you are able to send a good photo, we could identify the weed.
