Purple coneflower disease? #878905

I'm seeing this on some of my purple coneflowers this year. New to me. Could this be 'yellow asters" disease? Other? What is best treatment? See attached.

I think it is aster yellows but it can be tricky to tell. With aster yellows the flower is usually very pale with little to no purple color .
