Jacobaea vulgaris (tansy ragwort), an official Noxious Weed in the Pacific Northwest including Idaho, Oregon, amd Washington. It is toxic to livestock of many different kinds.
The name of this plant is Jacobaea vulgaris (tansy ragwort).
Location seen (in addition to Circle BLVD/Harrison) specimen was pulled from a patch on the west side to summit on Bald Hill.
