Sick Chickens - Marek's? #878723

Hello!
We just started a new flock of chickens this past spring. A couple of weeks ago, one of our now 7 week old chicks started to lose her balance and have more and more difficulty walking. She seemed to be breathing fine, could still kick her legs and wings, and we constantly found her crawling across her brooder box to get to the food and water. Several days ago, two more birds of the same age seemed to come down with the same symptoms. The main difference in one chicken is that she has uncontrollably violent body spasms on top of it. My husband and I have researched multiple poultry-related diseases and keep coming back to Marek's. BUT....I don't think it is that because the chicks are not fully paralyzed? Also, what about the spasms?
Unfortunately, we found our first chicken deceased last night. I believe the other chick had one of her spasms and smothered/crushed her? She was much smaller in size than her egg-siblings. Again, all three birds were still eating and drinking anytime you put food and water in front of them.
We are desperately trying to find a low cost veterinary clinic or organization that will help us test, diagnose, and possibly treat our birds. The problem is that poultry vets are not prevalent in our area. We live in Wooster, Ohio. We are also low-income parents of two kids under the age of 11.
If you could point us in the direction of someone that can help us locally, that would be great! Or if you have any possible information that can assist us?
Thank you for your time!
