What licensing/Certifications are needed to open a Butcher shop #878722

I am a beef producer and recently found out that the old butcher left and the building owner uptown is looking for another butcher shop to open in its place. I would like to consider the opportunity and need to know what licenses/certification I need to open a Butcher shop in Gratiot county Michigan.
