Grass Fungus #878659

Do you have any recommendations for treating lawn fungus. Is one ounce Neom oil mixed with a gallon water a good remedy. Do you have any suggestions? I submitted this request a few weeks ago but have not heard back. Please advise if you need additional information. Thank you

Thank you, the middle picture between leaf spot and dollar spot looks like my lawn. I will try to attach a picture and would appreciate knowing if I should treat.
