Hi,
I am a librarian at the Cedar Mill Library in Washington County and I am interested in having a food preservation program on something like canning basics. I am very open on the specific topic and I am looking to have an event in the late fall or early winter. Let me know what if this is possible and what the options are.
Regards,
Will

Hi Will,
I work in Washington and Multnomah Counites with food preservation basics and a group of food preservation volunteers. I would be happy to connect with you. I can easily connect you with current tested instructions to accompany the collection at Cedar Hills. In late fall we might be talking about how to get ready for the next preserving season or using frozen foods as the basis for something new and tasty.
Feel free to give a call or email me directly with more specifics. <personal data hidden>
