Hi, I am wondering if you could tell me what the white flecks are on the leaves of my pepperomia plant? Also, wondering how to get rid of whatever they are. I would prefer to do a systemic liquid application to the soil and I am hoping you could recommend something. Thank you.

This looks like the same condition I have on my snake plant leaves. I cannot find the reference regarding it, I do remember being told to try using a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol to wipe off the tiny insects. I can also scrape them off with my fingernail. They have not killed my plant, just disfigured them.
