What is causing my bean leafs to look this way?

Thank you for your question, Dennis. These types of leaf distortions are caused by insects, viruses, and diseases. Viruses are transmitted between plants by insects, then called "vectors". I suspect your beans have either the virus described here: https://apps.extension.umn.edu/garden/diagnose/plant/vegetable/snapbean/leavesdistorted.html
or an infestation of the leafhopper described here: https://pnwhandbooks.org/insect/vegetable/vegetable-pests/hosts-pests/bean-lima-leafhopper
You will need to examine you plants to look for these insects, although the damage may already be done, and the insects have matured and flown away. Hope this is helpful. Good luck!
