Yesterday we were canning green beans and my stovetop died on us. We had a run of beans on and was almost ready to put the weight onto the canner when this happened. When the beans cooled off we took them out of the sealed jars and put into fridge. Is it safe for us to reprocess them today or should we throw them out?

Hello,
I am sorry to say that I can not tell you if the beans are safe or not. If in question, I would not eat them.
But, here is a link to the University of Georgia National Safe Food Preservation that will give you all the details you need. Note, that there are quite a few links on the left for more exact details for your situation.
