Weed or prairie plant #878205

2-3 ft clump forming plant which I could not identify by the extension weed descriptions. I have new pictures which I would appreciate your taking a look to hrlp woth this ID.

I believe this is a panicgrass.

Very close visual inspection should detect tiny hairs on both sides of the leaf. The picture is not high enough res for me to be sure.
