As far as I am aware the State of Michigan Health Department does not offer free proctoring with the purchase of an Exam Access code through ServSafe. You can contact your local Health Department to see if they offer free proctoring or MSU Extension does offer ServSafe training and proctoring however there is a charge for the proctoring of $60.
