These strawberries are 4 years old, are ever bearing although I can’t remember the specific variety. I believe this is leaf spot, and is on almost every leaf. Am I better removing all the plants and starting over, or will not impact the quality of berries?

Thank you for writing.
It looks like leaf spot however I cannot see the bottom layer of leaves. Your yield and quality of the fruit should be OK. https://content.ces.ncsu.edu/common-leafspot-of-strawberry
After harvest, aggressively clean in the bed, remove all dead or diseased leaves.
As the reference notes, year to year carryover is not a problem.
