Eggs of leaves! #878175

Asked July 21, 2024, 8:40 PM EDT

I have a Linden tree, which has some small growths on it, which I think our eggs? Has some small holes in the leaves which I assume are a caterpillar. Does this need to be addressed?

Hi Maria,

Those are common. The result of some insect. You will see that on many trees and they survive just fine.

I would not worry about it,
