We have two small patches I believe Kentucky Blue grass. Last two seasons especially with heat see what I call this broad leaf growth. Any thoughts welcome. re-sod? If yes re-sod . Recommendations

This years wet then hot cycles have been hard on lawns. You can try weed control products
