Two More Plants! and, Thank You #878017

Two new plants this time..

First, is this plant a Creeping Blue Bell, as highlighted in the 7/19/2024 Star Tribune? If so, pull them all (currently about 10 plants)?

Second, can you ID this low semi-viney thing with almost maple leaves?

Creeping bellflower and wild grape are pictured and your weeds.
Bellflower can be hard to remove.
