Thanks for reaching out to UVM Extension Master Gardener Helpline.
By the looks of it, I'd say that was a variety of Nicotiana sylvestris or possibly just in the Nicotiana family. The common name is Flowering Tobacco or Jasmine Tobacco. The distinctive tubular flowers, a favorite of hummingbirds, are usually a dead giveaway.
