My apple trees are producing differently this year. My apples have dark/scab like spots and some apples never grew bigger than a golf ball before rotting. I tried to look up the cause on my own and I am stuck between black rot and apple scab.

I forgot to add that the leaves at the end of most of my branches have black/dead tips.

It looks worse than apple scab to me.
