Lots of growth but No Raspberries #877850

I have a raspberry patch that gets at least 6 hours direct sun, watered when needed and some 12-12-12 food each spring. The canes grow great but just a little fruit is set, and that fruit develops late in the season and none of those berries ripen before cold weather sets in. I bought a few new berry plants this spring hoping to add some new blood lines…. No luck! Help….

My two top choices are improper pruning https://sargentsnursery.com/perennial-hibiscus-care-tips/ or inadequate soil water

A third possibility is poor pollination due to insecticide suppression of bees. https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/raspberry/raspberry-plant-pollination.htm
I might to better with a picture.
