Thanks for the photos. Looking at them, it appears that your roses have black spot. It is very common on roses especially in wet springs. Now that we are entering the warm dry part of summer there isn’t much to do about it other than remove and clean up fallen leaves. Thin out the bushes a bit so that they get good air circulation. When you water them don’t wet the leaves unless you know they will dry quickly .
Next spring you can treat it with a fungicide every two weeks.
