mold on my raspberries #877652

Hello, I am fairly certain I have mold on my raspberries from the wet spring and summer (from the info I have researched, it is most likely Botrytis cinerea). I make a lot of jam and am very disappointed.
One article I read stated this mold could last for 10 years?
I am wondering what my course of action is?(other than buying jam this winter?)

Thank you for reaching out to ask2.extension.
Reading an article from the University of Michigan, it doesn’t say that the infection will last if proper procedures are followed. I don’t know how you prepare your bushes for winter, but I think you need to cut the canes back close to the ground and totally remove all the canes and any debris on the ground.
The article is “ Management of botrytis gray mold in fall raspberries”- MSU extension. You can search it online and read it. It also gives some treatments to use.
