Does OSU's fungi testing service track test results by species? Specifically, does OSU have a data set for fungi found in Oregon white oak? I do not need a reference to the oak listings in the plant disease handbook. I am hoping for a deeper dive into what test results you all may be seeing.
For context. I am a Board Certified Master Arborist looking to increase my capacity to manage significant oak trees with histories of damage and decay.
Thanks for any information you can provide.

The OSU Plant clinic https://bpp.oregonstate.edu/plant-clinic does have an internal database for tracking their cases and findings. There is currently no publicly accessible database due to confidentiality of client's identity and location. I spoke with the director of the plant clinic and they can do research and share findings regarding species and seasonal occurrences of various pathogens. Response time varies based on staff availability and current caseload. Please contact the OSU Plant clinic directly at <personal data hidden> with further inquiry.
