Trying to figure out the yellow spots and browning of my jalapeño plant. Have had a very wet moist year so nit sure if this is bacterial leaf spot or maybe root rot.

That is probably bacterial leaf spot. Root rot would have different symptoms. The leaves would be yellow and limp. https://apps.extension.umn.edu/garden/diagnose/plant/vegetable/pepper/leavesspots.html
