Do you have to be licensed to apply fertilizer to someone else’s yard?

There is no licensing requirements to apply fertilizer for a neighbor. If the fertilizer has a pesticide, such as a weed-n-feed there maybe licensing requirements depending on if the applicator is getting any compensation for application.
