Is this Bishops Weed or Queen Ann’s Lace or neither. How invasive is it?

Hi Martha,
That looks like Queen Anne's Lace, not bishop's weed. Bishop's weed foliage is coarser and not ferny like Queen Anne's Lace foliage.
Queen Anne's Lace always has a single purple floret in the center of the flower. I believe I see that in one photo - please double-check.

Thank you. Is it invasive to the point where it would interfere with other plants around it. If so, is it able to be contained?

It is not considered invasive in my part of the country (western Pennsylvania). It is non-native but has naturalized. I do not see it crowding out native plants.
