How Do You Upscale A Recipe For The Commercial Market ? #877311

Asked July 15, 2024, 1:40 PM EDT

If you are used to making a baked good recipe with enough to supply to family and friends but now want to take the recipe on a commercial level to sell to the public , are there any programs that teach you how to upscale your recipe to a much larger amount, but yet allow you to keep it so that it taste the same. Do you know of online or in person classes that are offered to help home bakers trying to break into the field? Any help would be greatly appreciated .
