Hello, My name is Dawn and I work for Blooming Junction in Cornelius, OR. We are a garden center and farm with a CSA and U-pick fields. We also host classes on range of topics throughout the year. Right now we are looking for a new instructor who could teach classes on food preservation. In the past we have hosted some some very popular classes on Jam Making, Pickling, Fruit Vinegar, Infused oils & vinegars, Tomato preservation, even Sauerkraut and Sourdough classes.
