Picture one Bugs on Milk Weed what are they? Picture two & Three what plant is this grow in my flower bed?

The orange insects are adult and juvenile, aptly named, Large Milkweed Bugs. They are native to Maryland and evolved along with the native milkweed and are not a problem unless you are planning to collect and save lots of seed.

Your second photo shows another native plant White Avens.
Those small seed heads, if allowed to mature, will be burr-like attaching to pet fur and clothes when you brush by.
