How to eliminate no seeum flies in our two bathrooms and kitchen sink area in the house? We have them in basically the three areas mentioned. We have used apple cider vinegar and dawn soap in each area and it thins them out, but not eliminate them. What else can we do?

Are you sure these are no-see-ums? They are not known to reproduce in houses. See this page:
