What is the best way to kill Canadian Thistle? Can’t pull it out enough, don’t really want to use Roundup, not sure what else will be effective though… thank you!

Typically, the best way to eliminate Canada Thistle is to use an herbicide with glyphosate.

Please be very careful with this product. Follow all label instructions.
Something I've found helpful is using a "daubing" method (vs. spraying). Especially if it is around other plants. Something similar to this (no endorsement implied):
