My yard has a skunk! #876919

Hi. My yard has a skunk. We thought there was only one in the subdivision, and it was run over (sadly) by a vehicle. No. Late last night I saw another skunk in my neighbor's yard but it decided the grass was greener on mine. Any thoughts on how to persuade it to find another home? Or should I be looking for hazmat wear? Thanks very much!
