Hi Jaime,
Blight is a fungus. Our crazy weather conditions of rain and high heat this summer has been a panacea for fungus in our yards, gardens and landscapes.
I want to begin with some environmental practices that can help.
First remove any leaves that are darkened, yellowed and dark branches. iWhen doing this prune the plants to help ventilation around them. I noticed you have ground cover and also mulch. Pull the mulch away from the plants. Place all of this material in bags and into the trash, not in a compost bin or pile.
Second, lesson the amount of water. Use a mist and water not as long as you have been watering. When it rains see if there are any areas where water is "pooling" in the garden. If possible, provide a way water can drain away.
Finally, go to your garden store and purchase some food safe fungicide such as products that include neem, liquid copper, sulfur or potassium bicarbonate. Follow the manufacturers guidelines for application.
Other sources you can use for research include the Mahoning County Extension office located 490 S Broad St., Canfield, Ohio 44406.<personal data hidden>
https://ohioline.osu.edu had numerous fact sheets you can read or print out by searching the data base. https://bygl.osu.edu is the Buckeye Yard & Garden onLine service. It is a free subscription that send out timely reports on what issues are occurring in our yards and gardens throughout the growing season.
I hope I have been helpful and not too chatty.
Sincerely,
