Expert Response

Jasmine can get leaf diseases, and some cultural controls are covered in this prior Q&A.
I’m not sure, though, that your plant is diseased. What percent of the leaves are discolored? An evergreen shrub naturally sheds the oldest leaves, and as that happens those leaves can get spots and for a few weeks the whole thing looks bad. For now, clean up the dropping leaves and those in the plant that are yellow and dead. Don’t compost them on-site, in case there are fungal spores. Watch for a push a healthy new leaves.
Share photos of the shrub if you’d like us to examine the overall health, also a wide view showing surrounding area, and describe growing conditions and it’s care.
