It's hard to provide a definitive identification from a picture. If there is another camellia nearby, this could be a sucker from that plant.
I would recommend you dig the plant and put it in a pot (maybe wait until fall) and then you can see if the plant flowers to help with the identification. Other clues may be whether the leaves have a scent when crushed.
If you don't want or need the plant there or anywhere, it's always easier to remove a small plant than a bigger plant.
