Red Flame Grapes - Disease #876747

I planted 3 grape bushes last year - sweet water, saturn, and red flame. They all grew beautifully and vigorously. This year they have an amazing amount of grapes bunches. The sweet water and saturn still look great but a few days ago, I noticed that the red flame looks really bad. The leaves are starting to wilt and have dark, mottled spots and the grape bunches aren't growing in size as the other two varieties are. Do you know what this is and is there anything I can do for it? Will it come back every year and will it spread to the other varieties?
Thanks for your help.

Grapes are generally easy to grow, but there are pests and diseases that affect them. Here is EC 1639, about growing table grapes. The pest/disease section is near the end.
Provide photos of your plants: one from a distance showing the wider growing situation and one showing two leaves, one upper, the other the lower surface. Examine the trunk carefully, looking for bark damage.
Do you know if the plant is grafted, and if so, is the rootstock resistant to grape phylloxera?
Maybe we can figure out what’s going on.
