That is not poison ivy. Poison ivy always has 3 leaves. The common saying is "leaves of three, let it be."
Here is a link to an MSU resource on poison ivy.
I think what you have is a callery pear, an invasive species in much of the east coast and Midwest. I would recommend removing it.
