Hello, I have a tree of heaven stump in our yard that was cut by the power company. I believe that it is sending out root suckering, and we have seedlings all over our yard. I am treating the seedlings with herbicide, but since the stump is already cut, I was wondering, what the best Option is to treat the stump itself. I understand that your website says cutting it is not ideal, but it has been cut for several months already. There are roots from the tree producing new shoots, please see pictures attached.
