hay testing for quality #876672

I would like to have my hay tested for quality. I am feeding on average 30 horses and I seem to be having a problem with some of the horses having an allergic type reaction and I would like to find out if it is related to the hay I am feeding them. Can you point me in the right direction?

Good evening and thank you for reaching out. I’m going to recommend we start by having you connect with your local Extension office in Newaygo county. Here’s a link to the staff there to find out if they have a hay tester available many of our county offices have them, but not all of them.
