Mulching: Apply mulch around the base to retain moisture, regulate temperature, and suppress weeds.

Pruning: Remove dead or diseased branches to improve air circulation and prevent disease.

Protection from Wildlife: Use fencing or guards to protect young trees from browsing animals like deer.

Disease and Pest Management: Monitor for diseases and pests. Remove affected parts promptly.
