Good morning,
I have a 20 acre woodland in Washtenaw county that I am interested in treating as a small business. Last year I was advised by a Quicken tax advisor that this approach best fit my accounting needs. Could you supply me with a list of accountants that are familiar with accounting practices for woodland owners?

I'm afraid I don't know of any list of accountants who know specifics related to woodland owners. If you haven't already, I'd start with the Washtenaw County Conservation District (https://www.washtenawcd.org/). They're also connected with NRCS programs and may have good advice on your approach.
