I have a viburnum hedge that was full grown when we moved into our house in 1997. It has started dying off and I am not sure if it is a pest or fungus, and whether or not I can save it. It has spread from one bush to the others. I would love to know what it is and if there are treatment options. Thank you for this service!

Thank you for your question, Virginia. I am unable to tell from the photos which of a couple of the following your plant has: https://pnwhandbooks.org/plantdisease/host-and-disease-descriptions?title=viburnum
I suggest that you send leaf samples to the OSU Plant Clinic for diagnosis: https://bpp.oregonstate.edu/how-submit-plant-materials
Good luck!
