How do I get rid of Asian beetles? They are chewing the heck out of my outdoor plants.
My neighbor put up traps - but I have heard this makes the matter worse by attracting more beetles.

The Asian Beetle is a real pest. I found this link from U of Minnesota that covers all aspects of its lifecycle with suggestions on how to deal with them. I've heard that knocking them into a bucket of soapy water does the job nicely, but it all depends on the number of plants affected.
