The Oregon Department of Agriculture used to have a program where cinnabar moth larvae could be obtained, but it is not active because the moths are out in natural populations in western Oregon. As tansy ragwort populations rebuild, so do the cinnabar moths, but there is some lag. This article gives a nice overview of the program and methods to management tansy ragwort.
