I have 20 acres of pumpkins in mid michigan and have a leaf disease of sorts starting in a few areas throughout the patch and am trying to figure out if it is a fungus disease or bacterial, and the best fungicides to treat it. Have been using pencozeb at #2 pound per acre. Trying to control the spread the best I can. Please advise

Hi Zack,
Cucurbits get a variety of fungal and bacterial diseases, so it is not possible to make a confident recommendation without a lab diagnosis.
Michigan State University has a Diagnostic Lab where you can ship samples. You could send 5 leaves with symptoms via mail, placed in a box with the needed form. Leaves can be loose in the box or inside a paper bag or partially sealed ziplock (venting it will reduce buildup of moisture that can rot the leaves in transit). Make sure to ship early in the week so it does not arrive on the weekend.
The symptoms may be due to a bacterial disease (best managed by weekly copper applications). However, I have been wrong before when diagnosing from images, so sample submission would be good, as different pathogens are best managed by different products.
All that said, Bravo + Copper would be a combination providing general protection against most of the possible diseases. You could use this in the interim until a more accurate diagnosis is garnered.
