Your crabapple might be getting too much water. Too much water causes wilting just like too little. The roots rot and cannot take up water even though there is lots. Thus it wilts just like not enough water.
I think I can see a drain pipe feeding the bed the crab apple is in. I suggest pointing it away from the tree or putting on an extension until rain isn’t keeping the soil saturated. The tree should recover and look healthy.
