Help removing dying ash tree #876379

I have been told I have an ash tree that is most likely dying from emerald ash borers. Is there a program or company that can help with the costs of removal of this tree. I have been told that my city of Forest Lake, Washington County, and the State of MN may have resources for helping with this, but I cannot find anything online about it. I have at least one neighbor that may have the same issue. See the attached picture of my tree.
