Something is hurting my rose #876202

Hello, I have a golden showers climbing rose in SE Minnesota. It was completely fine with numerous blooms last week. Yesterday I found it full of holes and spots with all the blooms gone. There is new growth that appears healthy and hasn't been touched yet. I am not sure what is hurting it or eating and the pictures don't seem like the ones on here. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out to ask2.extension.

I believe you have insects.  Get yourself an insecticide (powder or spray) and apply following the label instructions.   You may have to reapply.  Be sure to get both sides of the leaves. You should see improvement on new leaves.
